Cebu Pacific-Bad Service

Recently, I purchased a ticket for my mom and uncle. I called the Cebu pacific call center to book a flight. Then, I went to their office to get the ticket. Imagine I arrived there around 9:30am and I got the ticket around 3pm. I really hate to wait but I have no choice. The only problem with them is that they let some people to have a transaction even they just arrive. I also notice that they finished transaction very slow. I really felt bad because I have more appointment that time and there are some customers that got angry. I just hope that they will change their process and improve their service.
