This is Me

I have been thinking of resigning from my current work. There are many reasons why i want to do that and I dont like to enumerate them all here. I also been receiving a lot of text messages from different companies to take an exam to them for a different position. I am still weighing the possibilities. I'm also thinking hard before deciding. On whatever decision I'l make - I wish that it would be for the best of my career.

I was about to sleep when I thought of checking my blog. Last time I log onto it, it was a mess and it looks dull so I decided to change its template. I already changed the template of my blog and it really describes me "Tired girl". Yes- I am tired. tired of working and messing around. hahaha! anyway - going back to my blog- some of the widgets aren't installed yet. I will do it next time because I am really sleep. Respect has different meaning. For me the best meaning is taking someone's feelings into consideration.

I wrote this article because i got pissed off with so many people within our vicinity.

We have a little Sari sari store infront of our house. We have few years ago. We stopped it when my mom decided to work in Taiwan. When she came back, she started it again. Since I am planning to work abroad, my mom says that she will close it. We are just renting our place for almost 20 years now and the owner says that they sell the land infront of us. The new owner decided to put fence on it. To make he long story short, the new owner hires contruction people to build the fence. The constructor consists of a couple and 6 guys. These people requested my mom to continue her sari sari store so that they can eat some merienda and order their viand. My mom agreed. Untill just recently, two of the guys told my mom that the couple are planning to have their store too. I mean formy mom its nothing. They can do whatever they want it just that they should show some respect and they should tell my mom about it. The reason why I got pissed off is because my mom bought more softdrinks, cigaretts and biscuits for them. They should have told my mom that they have plans of having a store so that my mom wont buy another stuff for them. I really hate it when someone dont respect my mom. I just pray for those people with narrow minds. I wish they will have more blessings than we have and hope that they will learn to respect people.

These past few months I keep on saying to myself that I will move on. I am really confused because everytime i said that, i end up missing the guy I loved so much.

I am really confused right now so what I did is ask for a sign. Well, i will not reveal what it is unless it happens. By the way, i just want to say thank you for my friend Avee for being there always. Miss you girl!

It seems that lots of agents are not motivated to go to work. 80% of the agents on the floor are absent or always on leave. The management noticed this set up so she thinks of something to get the motivation of the agents back.


The management came out of an idea of having a team competition and potluck every Monday. It started last Monday and it went well. However, I am not sure if this will get he agents motivation back. It is really stressful to go to work especially if the account isn’t that good anymore. The account is so easy and yet they made it complicated.

I really want to work abroad. Reason behind this is because I want to work on a different environment on a different country. I want to learn about their culture and of course the good salary they can offer. I want to explore and want to know how to become independent.

I keep applying on different agencies that have vacancies for technical or IT positions. Currently, I have pending applications for Dubai and UK. For IT helpdesk Position [DUBAI] , they requested us to take medical exam because they want to make sure that we are fit to work even before the interview. Glad I passed it. At first, the agency told us that the interview will be on April 8 however it has been postponed and told us to wait for any updates. After few days, I received a text saying that our interview will be on April 29 and we need to have 12pcs. 2x2 pictures ready. So I waited that day just to get upset and frustrated. They told us that the interview was postponed once again due to the IT manager that can’t come here to Philippines.

Because of these instances I keep on asking if I am for Dubai, meaning if my destiny will let me work there. The interview has been postponed twice and I am starting to not heed about it. All of my friends told me that maybe I am destined to work in UK. Well if that is the case I wish I can have signs.

But still I’m open to work on both countries so I guess I will wait for it.

Today is appraisal day and our former supervisor, JB Pagalunan will be the one who will appraise us. Appraisal will tackle how good we are on the account and how good we handle a call. Our salary increase depends on this appraisal and I am hoping to get a good score. Appraisal also means vacation/ sick leave. I am so excited to have those leaves. Yippee!!

I am currently waiting for the appraisal however, our supervisor don’t give it to us yet. Prolonging the agony huh! Anyway, I understand him because he is still busy with so many things. I just hope that he will have it on time so that we can receive our increase on next pay day!

Global warning is the most serious threat the world faces today. Last week I heard that GMA-7 will launch a documentary entitled Signos(fatal signs). I want to watch this documentary because it will tackle the signs and the changes of the climate that resulted to global warming. It was aired last April 20 after Ful house. Unfortunately , I wasnt able to watch the said documentary because I have shift that night. I was really upset. I just wish that there will be a replay for this very good documentary. This said documentary has been narrated by the greenpeace advocate Richard Guttierez.

I got addicted to blogging since my blog has been approved by PPP. I keep on posting even I'm at work. Earlier before my shift ends, I close everything since I wasn't able to catch or find any Opps. Then around 5:30am one of the guys in the floor get my station number and tell it to the MC. MC are the people who handles the que on the floor. I wonder why the guy did that. From then on I am so paranoid thinking if they had me screenshot. They say that if they caught you doing something or browsing sites that are not related to work you will be getting an Incident Report (IR).

Until now I am still worried. A guy told me earlier not to think about it but I can't help it. They say that the MC on our account are kind and will not do screenshot. I know its my fault and I will accept it. But again, i enjoy blogging so I will not stop it.
