all about.. work!

OMG! It’s been a while since I last posted on my blog. I really apologize for those who read it.

I am really busy with my work these past months. I am working in Emerson and we monitor alarms. I really like to work in this company even before. I dreamt of working in 4 companies and one of them is Emerson. That is why I am very much overwhelmed when the company accepted me.

While working, I realize that it is not the same company I’ve been working before. You will be given trainings that are essential to your work. Also, here, you will feel how important you are. You will also feel the load of your work but still you will enjoy working.

Before I thought that working in this company will make my life boring because most of the people who worked here are old [I don’t want to be mean!] – Not that old; they are around 30- 40 years of age. I am wrong. I met some that has the same age bracket like mine even 1 year younger. I enjoy their companies because they are fun to be with. I even have a crush on this tech guy. He is 1 year younger but he is really cute and intelligent. I really like him. I heard that there are many gals having a crush on him but sorry to them. He is MINE!! Haha..just kidding! We are just close and he has a girlfriend.

However, you will not experience all the luck in the world. Hehe! What did I mean? There is a saying that you cannot please everybody. Also, there are many kinds of employee. Just like what happened to one of my co-workers. Well I must it’s partly her mistake. I will not elaborate more on this but I must say that communication is really an important thing. I hate kiss and tells so if you have problem with one person, confront him. Don’t let a day pass without talking. Also, don’t spread the news with others that aren’t part of it. It will just make grapevines and will make bad impressions about that person. I really pity my co-worker coz they backstabbed her and everybody knew what had happened. I just wish that they will resolve the issue immediately.
