This is Me

I just want to share this story I just read. It came from my friend, my ex co-worker Ms. Joanne Magale. It really made me thought about life and the hardships I've been through. I hope that this simple story will inspire you in everything you do.

"A man woke up early in order to have his morning devotion (prayer) in the lords house (church).He got dressed, set on his way to the lord's house (church). On his way to the church, the man fell and his clothes got dirty. He got up, brushed himself up, and headed home.

At home, he changed his clothes, and was, again, on his way to the lord¢s house. On his way to the church, he fell again and at the same spot! He, again, got up, brushed himself off and headed home. At home he, once again, changed his cloths and was on his way to the Lords house (church).

On his way to the church, he met a man holding a lamp. He asked the man of his identity and the man replied "I saw you fall twice on your way to the church, so I brought a lamp so I can light your way. The first man thanked him profusely and the two went on their way to the church. Once at the church, the first man asked the man with the lamp to come in and pray with him. The second man refused. The first man asked him a couple more times and, again, the answer was the same. The first man asked him why he did not wish to come in and pray.

The man replied, "I am Satan". The man was shocked at this reply. Satan went on to explain, "I saw you on your way to the Church and it was I who made you fall. When you went home, cleaned yourself and went back on your way to the church, God forgave all of your sins. I made you fall a second time, and even that did not encourage you to stay home, but rather, you went back on your way to Church. Because of that, God forgave all the sins of the people of your household. I was afraid if I made you fall one more time, then God will forgive the sins of the people of your village, so I made sure that you reached the house of God (Church) safely."

The most awaited match has ended yesterday. There are lots of speculations before this battle. Some say that Manny Pacquiao will never make it and some say he will and vice versa. In yesterday’s fight it seems that it was not easy for Manny. Juan Marquez is strong too. The last round was for Marquez so everybody thinks that he will win the fight. Manny Pacquiao was shocked when the emcee announce that there is a new winner/champion.

I congratulate Manny Pacquiao for being the new champion.

Summer time is the best for me. This is because you can go to different beaches to relax and unwind. This is also the time to have bonding with your family. Mmmmm, I am wondering which beach is the best to come to. Well, I guess I need to loose more weight to wear my bikinis [hahaha]. Check out my top ten beaches below.

1. Boracay – has always been the favorite place of beach goers to go in the Philippines. This is because of the great white sand and cool waters, Boracay is the place for people looking to party. It is even considered as one of the finest beaches in the world. Boracay is located in the North West part of the Visayas area called Panay.

2. Pagudpud – if you’re looking for a place that can be like Hawaii, Pagudpud is the place to visit. The strong winds and waves can be compared to that of Hawaii which makes this place often visited by surfers. Pagudpud also has long continuous white sands and inviting beach waters for people looking to just swim. Compared to Boracay, this place is more secluded.

3. Bantayan Island -Situated at the northern tip of Cebu, Bantayan island is wellknown for its powder white sand beach and turquoise water along the southwest coast. It has a friendly and laid-back ambience where you can really relax and enjoy the scenic beauty. The beaches around Santa Fe are alluring. Puo Island has some virgin beaches away from commercialization. The best time to visit Bantayan Beach is from February to May, which are the driest months.

4. Panglao - if you love to dive visiting Panglao is the place to be. This place is a tiny island found hidden in it’s bigger nearby island of Bohol.

5. Camiguin – the place has been known to be one of the most beautiful places in the Philippines because it still seems like a paradise. Some people even consider the place the “Garden of Eden” in the country. Camiguin has a great topography that includes waterfalls, and the hot and cold springs. The place will be mesmerizing and will definitely tempt you to go back.

6. Muelle Bay, Puerto Galera, Mindoro Island - Puerto Galera is an ideal place to do island-hopping from Luzon or a place to laze on pristine white sands and clear, warm water. The most popular beaches for swimming are White beach and Tamaraw Beach, while beaches near Sabang have best facilities for coral-cruising. For more tranquility try Big and Small Laguna Beaches. Puerto Galera also offers excellent inland nature walks.

7. Honda Bay – this are islands that surround the capital of the South Western province of Palawan. Among these islands, the tourist can go island hopping, diving and swim on the cool waters. In one of the islands, one can see the variety of fishes without swimming out too deep.

8. El Nido – the palce has been known as the country’s last frontier and Palawan - the Island of the Gods. This place offers great beaches that will tae you away from the urban life. This place is the best to visit if you are looking for complete peace and quiet. Aside from the magnificent beach, the place also offers you a sight of the beautiful seascapes, towering marble cliffs and a variety of tropical birds.

9. Pearl Farm – far south in the city of Davao, lies the premier beach resort know as the Pearl Farm. The place no longer has the pearls you are looking for. But the place can still offer an experience as valuable as a pearl. This is because of the great resort that is accompanied by the white sands.

I am an avid fan of beauty pageants because Iím a frustrated one. Just kidding.. hahaha. At work, they keep on saying or uttering the words ìmy family is the best persons in my lifeî and I was really confused what it is all about. My shift ends and I went to our lab to work on my blog unfortunately thereís no computer available (everyone is using it). Then my friend Aris called me and saidîhey panoorin mo ito [watch this]î so I did. This is a video from the last Binibining Pilipinas coronation night. I was really shocked. This lady named Janina San Miguel was answering the final question and she keeps on stuttering [guess she was mental blocked]. She doesnít even know what to say. She just kept on smiling and laughing and at the end she saidî my family is the best persons in my lifeî. And to my surprise, she won as the Binibining Pilipinas World. Amazing??? No itís disgustingÖ.!!!! Sorry for my word but that is how I see it.




As a contestant in any contest it is normal to be nervous. It seems this was what happened to this gal. However, if you are joining a prestigious pageant you should have confidence to prove that you deserve the title. If you canít be confident to be in front of Filipino people, how will you stand and compete in front of different kind, races audiences? I just hope that this gal will practice more so that she can make it on the international competition.

I just want to say goodbye to my best buddy and friend "Jess" and "Nervana" here in our account[they're not dead] haha..They will be transferring into a different account. Most of the agents on our account have been transferred into a different one. Some resigned and want to pursue thier career. I wish them all the best and luck on their new account and career.
