Dyesebel is one of the stories made by Mars Ravelo. There are lots of actresses who portrayed Dyesebel such as Alma Moreno, Alice Dixon, Edna Luna, Vilma Santos and Charlene Gonzales. This time on TV series it will be Marian Rivera. She got noticed when she plays the role of Marimar. She is a good actress and I admire her too. She has the looks, beauty and she really knows how to act. Let see how the viewers’ response to his new TV series will. But I am sure that I will be one of those that will be glued on TV while watching this.
Its premiere telecast was last April 28. And according to the survey, they got the highest rating. Among the casts were Dingdong Dantes, Alfred Vargas, Mylee Dizon and many more.

Global warning is the most serious threat the world faces today. Last week I heard that GMA-7 will launch a documentary entitled Signos(fatal signs). I want to watch this documentary because it will tackle the signs and the changes of the climate that resulted to global warming. It was aired last April 20 after Ful house. Unfortunately , I wasnt able to watch the said documentary because I have shift that night. I was really upset. I just wish that there will be a replay for this very good documentary. This said documentary has been narrated by the greenpeace advocate Richard Guttierez.

Have you experienced paying for something you didn’t purchase? Or have you experienced receiving bills from a relative that is dead long time ago? You have been fraud.
Fraud is common now a day and is widespread. Everybody will do anything just for money. Some will even use the information of dead people for their own bad intentions. They will sign up for a new credit card, loans and purchase anything they want without worrying how will they pay it.
It’s a good thing that death index is here. It helps us lessen and reduce fraud. It is used to check if the SSN of a person is still active or not. Once the intruder enters the SSN of a dead person, it will be rejected automatically. The database is active and accurate because it is updated every a month. By using death index, life is worry free.

I keep on dieting ever since I gained weight. I don’t know why I eat more when people noticed that I loose weight. Now I am determined to loose more because I already loose 5lbs. As I browse to yahoo today, I saw this video clip on what foods you need to eat everyday. These foods include whole grains, green leafy vegetables, peanuts/seeds, low fat milks/ yogurts and tea. So what are these foods?
According to Wikipedia - whole grains are cereal grains that retain the bran and germ as well as the endosperm, in contrast to refined grains, which retain only the endosperm. Whole-meal products are made from whole-grain flour. Whole grains has lots of vitamins and minerals that help reduce the incidence of some forms of cancer, digestive system diseases, gum disease, coronary heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. - Mmmm, I will take more of these so that I can loose weight fast.
Green Leafy Vegetables on the other side are also called potherbs, greens, or leafy greens, are plant leaves eaten as a vegetable, sometimes accompanied by tender petioles and shoots. It is also a good source of many vitamins and minerals your body needs to stay healthy, like vitamin A, vitamin C, and calcium. – I seldom eat vegetables. It is because I don’t like their tastes but I will try to eat them.
Peanut/Seed is a species in the legume family. This is my favorite because they say that eating these will make you intelligent.
Low fat milks and Yogurt - milks and yogurt gives you energy. Non-fat milk, also called skim milk, is cow milk from which the fat content has been removed. I really love drinking non-fat milk because of its tastes and nutrition.
Tea is the second most popular beverage in the world. Only water is rated higher in world consumption than tea. Tea contains small quantities of tannic compounds technically called polyphenols (not tannic acid used in tanning leather), vitamin A, B2, C, D, K, and P, plus a number of minerals in trace amounts and also aromatic oils. As everybody knows, tea helps in loosing weight. Waaaahhh!! I really don’t like how the tea tastes. But still I will try to help me reduce weight.

I got addicted to blogging since my blog has been approved by PPP. I keep on posting even I'm at work. Earlier before my shift ends, I close everything since I wasn't able to catch or find any Opps. Then around 5:30am one of the guys in the floor get my station number and tell it to the MC. MC are the people who handles the que on the floor. I wonder why the guy did that. From then on I am so paranoid thinking if they had me screenshot. They say that if they caught you doing something or browsing sites that are not related to work you will be getting an Incident Report (IR).
Until now I am still worried. A guy told me earlier not to think about it but I can't help it. They say that the MC on our account are kind and will not do screenshot. I know its my fault and I will accept it. But again, i enjoy blogging so I will not stop it.

I saw an interesting topic as I browse in Yahoo. This is about break up lines. Do you guys ever think what those break up lines really means? To be honest, I laughed when I read it. Below are some of the famous lines that are mentioned on the article:
"It's not you; it's me."
- Hey girls, how do you feel when a guy told you this? For me, guys are unpredictable so you can never tell when they say the truth or not. According to the article that I have read, this line means that it is really “you” why they want to have a break up. They just want to ensure that you will not burst an emotion. They are tying to make you believe that you are a great person, kind and perfect……for someone else and not for him.
"I'm not ready for a relationship right now."
- Does a guy really say this? I usually hear this line from a girl [hahaha]. This line means “to slow down”. If you just met it is not right to ask so many things. Also, not to talk about the future or tell him that you never felt the same before. Meaning you don’t have to rush. Just enjoy the time getting to know each other.
"I still care about you."
- I heard this line so many times. It means that "Please don't tell your friends I'm a jerk." Yes, he may still care about you but he also cares about his reputation and it should be intact.
So girls, don’t believe your ex’s every time they tell you this lines because they mean the opposite.

Before, I keep on thinking when the Philippines will have its own movie animation. This question came to my mind when I noticed that almost all of the countries around the world can produce their own, why not us? Finally, my question has been answered when Mr. Antonio "Tony" Tuviera of APT Entertainment Inc. produced a full length of animated movie “Urduja”. The producer hired 10 to 12 animators for the concept and for bringing those characters on the big screen.
This full-length animated movie is a dream come true for Tony Tuviera who wishes to create an animated television series, also thinks that it is impossible because of the budget. Though the country has economic crisis, this guy still pursue his dream. Believed it or not, this movie is eleven years in the making and expecting to hit the big screen this June 2008.
So who is Urduja? Urduja - is a legendary warrior-princess who is recognized as a heroine in Pangasinan. Elders say that she was a 14th century woman ruler of the dynastic Kingdom of Tawalisi in Pangasinan, a vast area lying by the shores of the Lingayen Gulf and the China Sea. Known far and wide, Princess Urduja was famous for leading a retinue of woman warriors who were skilled fighters and equestrians.
Princess Urduja is voiced over by Regine Velasquez while her loved one, Limhang, is dubbed in by Cesar Montano. The patriarch Lakanpati is given voice by Eddie Garcia while his favored warrior, Simakwel, is voiced by Jay Manalo.
Other interesting characters in Urduja include Wang (Johnny Delgado), Mayumi (Ruby Rodriguez), Daisuke (Epy Quizon), and the talking animals named Kukut (Michael V.) and Tarsir (Allan K.).

Beyonce and Jayz are dating for several years. They also worked together on Beyonce's music video "Crazy in Love" and "Deja Vu." Just recently, spread rumors said that they are married. According to the news the event happened last Friday in New York city and end up at Jay-z penthouse. The couple is not yet confirming the news. Representatives for the couple were unavailable to confirm the report too.
Well to be honest there is no problem if they are married or not. They are both of legal age; Beyonce [26] and Jay-z[37]. They have the right to get married whenever they want to because they love each other. I just wish them luck on their new life as husband and wife.
Congratulations Beyonce and Jay-z!!

I am not a big fan of Ramiel Malubay but I like her as a singer. She is a good singer and I am proud of her because she made it to top 24 of the latest American Idol. Unfortunately, it’s not her lucky day today because she was eliminated. But again, she is a good singer and I know that her career in singing doesn’t end there.

The other day, Kris and his brother told the news that their mom is suffering from colon cancer. I was so sad when i heard about the news. I believed that Cory was a great President during her times. I am just hoping that she will cope u with this and will be cured.
So what is colon cancer? Colorectal cancer is a term that is used to refer to cancer that develops in the colon or the rectum. Cancers do not has symptoms. It is better to have annual check up so that you will know if there is something wrong with your body. Here are some things that might cause cancer:
1. Age - Age is the number one risk factor for colon cancer. Does that mean that age causes colon cancer? Not directly. It's just that by age age 50, one in four people has polyps.
2. Alcohol - Research has indicated that alcohol increases colorectal cancer risk. Research has also shown that it lowers it, or that it has no effect at all. So which is right? All of it may be. The key appears to be what kind of alcohol you're drinking.
3. Diabetes - A study published in the journal Gastroenterology found that insulin dependency contributes to colon cancer development. In general, diabetics are up to 40% more likely to develop colon cancer than people who don't have diabetes.
4. Diet - Diets high in fat and cholesterol (especially from animal sources) have been found to cause colon cancer. Low-fiber diets have also been associated with increased risk, but the research isn't as clear.
5. Environment - Research has shown that environment can play a big part in colon cancer development. Where you live, who's around you, your occupation, and even when you work may all influence your risk of developing colon cancer.
7. Family Medical History - Most colon cancer occurs in people with no family history of the disease. But, colon cancer can run in the family. Whether you're at increased risk depends on which family member was diagnosed and at what age.
8. Gender - You may have heard that men are more likely to get colorectal cancer than women. You may have heard it the other way around, too. Both statements can be true depending on the context.
9. Genetics - Researchers estimate that about 25% of colon cancer cases have some sort of genetic link. Examples of the most common genetic causes of colon cancer include mutations leading to FAP (familial adenomatous polyposis) and HNPCC (hereditary non-polyposis colorectal cancer).
10. Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) - Inflammatory bowel disease, often characterized by conditions such as ulcerative colitis and Chron's disease, increases the risk of developing colorectal cancer. In general, the longer a person has had inflammatory bowel disease, the greater his or her chance of developing colorectal cancer.
11. Lack of Exercise - There's no denying that exercise is good for you. The couch potato in me would like to see a study every once in a while declaring otherwise, but that just doesn't happen. Research has shown that a sedentary lifestyle contributes to colon cancer development.
12. Obesity - Nobody likes to have the word obese thrown at them. But, obesity is a medical term that indicates someone exceeds their recommended weight, one step beyond simply being overweight. And the answer to the question is yes, obesity does increase colon cancer risk.
14. Polyps - Virtually all colon cancer develops from adenomatous polyps in the colon, generally referred to simply as colon polyps. A personal or family history of polyps puts you at higher risk for colon cancer.
15. Smoking - Long-term cigarette smoking causes colon cancer for two main reasons. First, inhaled or swallowed tobacco smoke transports carcinogens to the colon. Second, tobacco use appears to increase polyp size.
Now you know what things might cause cancer, why dont you try learning how to prevent it?
